Preethi Hena Dindigalla
👋 Hi there! I’m Preethi Hena, currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. My journey into the tech world started in a small town in Telangana, India, where I became the first in my family to pursue higher education. This achievement fueled my passion for learning and pushing boundaries.
I bring 2.5 years of experience as a Software Engineer at SpotDraft and an Application Developer at ThoughtWorks. At SpotDraft, I had the opportunity to develop innovative features, ensure a seamless contract signing experience, and integrate tools like Slack. One of the projects I’m most proud of is the integration of Aadhaar E-sign, which enabled secure contract signing using users’ national ID numbers. This challenge deepened my understanding of encryption and decryption, and it was incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact on our clients.
My time at ThoughtWorks was equally enriching, where I worked on a Digital Advertising Dashboard for a UK outdoor media company. This experience broadened my skill set, particularly in crafting NoSQL queries for comprehensive ad frame availability reports, significantly enhancing my technical expertise.
Beyond coding, I’m passionate about dancing, engaging in charitable activities, and helping those in need. These hobbies keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of community and giving back.
I love taking on new challenges, whether it’s participating in hackathons like Adobe Codiva, where I achieved a top 20 ranking, or solving coding problems on platforms like Leetcode and Codeforces. I believe in the power of continuous improvement, effective communication, and collaboration.
